Postage and Refunds

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our postage policy:
UK Postage Policy
Order processing time
We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders will not be processed or sent out at weekends or bank holidays.
During busy periods please allow additional days for delivery of your order. If you are concerned about your order please contact SwimTrek Head Office at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number where possible.
Postage rates & delivery estimates
Postage and delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Confirmation of postage and tracking
Once you have completed your order you will receive an email to confirm that the order has been placed. We will email you again once we have processed the order. If you have chosen to track your order we will send you the Royal Mail tracking code once the order is dispatched.
DamagesSwimtrek is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Royal Mail to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Delivery Policy
We ship worldwide at a standard rate by region. International orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail.
Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs of your country and any additional charges rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.
- Australia: £12.00 (free delivery over £250)
- Europe: £8.00 (free delivery over £150)
- USA: £12.00 (free delivery over £250)
- Rest Of The World: £15.00 (free delivery over £300)
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
Your item(s) also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 5-10 days of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.
