Postage Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the SwimTrek Online Shop.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our postage policy:

UK Postage Policy

Order processing time

We aim to process all orders within 5-10 business days. Orders will not be processed or sent out at weekends or bank holidays.

If you are concerned about your order please contact SwimTrek Head Office at shop@swimtrek.com and include your order number where possible.

Postage rates & delivery estimates

Once the order has been processed we will send the order via Royal Mail, using 2nd Class postage. 

Postage and delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Price guideline 

• Australia: £12.00 (free delivery over £250)
• Europe: £8.00 (free delivery over £150)
• USA: £12.00 (free delivery over £250)
• Rest Of The World: £15.00 (free delivery over £300)

International Delivery Policy

Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs of your country and any additional charges rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.

Damages

SwimTrek is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Royal Mail to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Returns/Refund Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and your item(s) must be in the original packaging. 

Your item(s) also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). We automatically charge a 5% restocking fee for any returned item. 

You will receive the credit within 5-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.
